A six-piece live band for corporate events in Charleston and across the Lowcountry: holiday parties, galas, awards dinners and conference closers. We bring the PA, the lighting and a sound engineer. From $5,000.
The programme
Dinner volume until you want dancing.
A corporate night has a running order: a welcome, a dinner, some speeches, maybe an award or two, and then the part people remember. We play each part at the volume it needs. Jazz standards through the reception and dinner, our MC for the introductions or a clean handover to yours, and the floor when you say.
The sound engineer who comes with us runs the PA all night, which is why the speeches are heard and why there is no separate AV company to hire for the band or the dance floor.

Holiday parties
December fills first. The earlier you ask, the more dates we can offer, and we’ll say straight away if yours is gone.
Black tie
Galas and awards dinners
Standards through dinner, the running order handled, then a dance floor. Band and room lighting are included, so the room looks the part.
Out of town
Conferences and incentive trips
Closing-night parties at the resorts: Kiawah, Hilton Head, Savannah and anywhere within 250 miles of Charleston.
Milestones
Anniversaries and launches
Company birthdays, openings, client nights. A mixed room of colleagues and clients knows the words to something within three songs.
For the venue and your event lead
What we bring, and what we need.
- Full PA sized to the room, band lighting and uplighting, and the engineer who runs them
- Two independent 20-amp circuits within 10 feet of the stage, not shared with catering or lighting
- Parking for six, two hours to load in, cover if we’re outdoors
- A timeline call with your event lead before the night; send the room plan then
- Travel included within 45 minutes of downtown Charleston, and every fee beyond that on the quote
- A reply within 24 hours
Questions
What event leads ask us.
Can you play quietly through the reception and dinner?
Yes. Jazz standards and softer material at conversation volume, and the engineer keeps it there. The volume comes up when you want people dancing, not before.
Will you MC our awards or introductions?
Our MC is included for announcements and introductions and takes the running order from your event lead. If you have your own host, we hand them the mic.
How much space do you need?
Send us the room plan when you book and we’ll tell you what works. The fixed points are two independent 20-amp circuits within 10 feet of the stage, parking for six, two hours to load in, and cover if we’re outdoors.
Do you travel to Hilton Head, Savannah or Kiawah?
Anywhere within 250 miles of Charleston. Travel is included within 45 minutes of downtown. Beyond that it’s $500 per hour round trip, plus $1,000 lodging past two hours, all quoted up front.
How far ahead should we book a December party?
As early as you can. December fills first, and the popular Friday and Saturday dates go well before autumn. Send your date and we’ll tell you within 24 hours whether it’s open.
