Launch pricing ends December 31. Starting January 1, The Grand Affair is $10,000. Book with a signed agreement and deposit by December 31 to lock in $9,000 for any 2027 or 2028 date.
Cold sparks are subject to venue approval. Travel included within 45 minutes of downtown Charleston; beyond that, quoted up front.

What kind of music do you play?
Top 40 and contemporary, Motown and soul, pop and dance throwbacks, country and rock — plus jazz standards for cocktail hour. We open the floor with Motown and soul, while every generation is dancing, and move to the contemporary material later in the night once the floor skews younger. Fresh but familiar: a Charleston wedding band that reads the room rather than running a script.
How long do you play at a wedding reception?
Up to three hours of music across a five-hour event. No fixed set count — we build it around your timeline, whether that’s a long dinner or a late finish.
Do you take breaks?
At least fifteen minutes per hour played. A playlist we curate for you runs through our PA throughout, so the room never goes quiet.
Can we add time on the night?
Usually. We price overtime per event rather than at a flat rate — ask when you book and we’ll confirm for your date.
Do you MC the reception?
Included. Introductions, announcements, first dance, toasts, cake, exit. If you have a planner or separate MC, we take direction from them.
Will you learn our first dance song?
Yes — up to five songs per booking, at no extra cost, and most couples use them for their dances. Send them four weeks out so we can rehearse properly. If a song won’t work live, we’ll say so early rather than fake it.
What do you need from the venue?
Two independent 20-amp circuits within 10 feet of the stage, not shared with catering or lighting. Parking for six, two hours to load in, cover if we’re outdoors. Send room dimensions when you book.
What if a musician gets sick?
We call in a player we already work with who knows the book, and we tell you or your planner as soon as we know.
Do you travel outside Charleston?
Anywhere within 250 miles — Kiawah, Beaufort, Savannah, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Columbia, Wilmington, Charlotte and Augusta. Travel is included within 45 minutes of downtown Charleston. Beyond that, $500 per hour round trip, plus $1,000 lodging past two hours. Fees rise with band size, all quoted up front.
How do we book a date?
Send your date through the form. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a quote. A signed agreement and deposit holds it, balance due before the event. Spring and fall book up fast in Charleston.
